This idea is important to share with others because it is not commonly known and is worth spreading because of its potential to improve lives. This presentation asks people to be more intentional in their interactions with others; particularly teaching people to be present and converse in a manner that is fully attentive of the internal states of those involved. I want the listeners of this talk to walk away with the understanding of how crucial it is to effectively co-regulate, and the tools of knowing how to do so.
Rabia Jamal Ahmed is an 18 year old MBA student, and received her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychological Sciences from the University of California, Irvine. Aside from being a full time grad student, she is a professional businesswoman, 2x founder, entrepreneur, motivational speaker, aspiring health coach, and philanthropist. She is concentrating her degree emphasis in Healthcare Administration and Hospital Leadership. Today she will be talking about the Art of Co-regulation, a topic near and dear to her heart.
