Hi! This a really great and thorough explanation of regulation throughout the cell cycle. Thank you for your videos! One technical comment: APC is an E3 ubiquitin ligase. APC "inhibits" securin is by targeting it for degradation, and that was a little less clear here. I know I am way late on this comment, so forgive me for coming in years later.

I'm struggling with the different types of DNA repair mechanisms, specifically the dsDNA repair mechanisms, and which diseases affect which mechanisms, what different types of mutagens correlate with which type of repair. Seems like it's not a popular topic or am I digging my own grave here?
