You're out here saving lives my good sir.. thank you
Hi Corey and greetings from Grand Rapids, Michigan. Just discovered your YouTube channel – great teaching manner. Followed your instructions and used CoinMarketCap instead of Coinbase as I have some projects not listed in Coinbase. When trying to import price data for ADA…the price cell shows "Loading…" and it just stays there. Something within my formula?…or perhaps my PC? Would appreciate your thoughts. Thanks! Randy
Thanks for the great video. My IMPORTXML were working fine but from yesterday, it looks like all my IMPORTXML are not working anymore in my Google Sheets, even if I try to make simple one from Wikipedia. Would you know what can be the issue and how to fix it please? 🙂
I used this method 3 weeks ago it worked very well
but now it is not update and got Error Loadding
nice
one of the most valuable vidz I have seen in a long time! much appreciated!
Great videos Corey. I like the way you take the time to explain things and don't assume the viewer has 10 years experience with spreadsheets. I have two weeks.
I was able to do the import XML function and get the numbers into the spreadsheet but I cannot get them to update. I have Google Sheets set to update on change or every 1 minute but these numbers that I imported do not update. I have Google Finance and Yahoo finance formulas running on the same page and they do update but only every 20 minutes. I realize that's a Google and Yahoo thing and nothing to do with Google Sheets.
Is there a way to get the XML imported numbers to update?
Can you also share how to fetch 52 week high/low
It shows an N/A error when i use importxml
Thank you for the video. I copied the full xpath of the Loopring price on Coinbase – but I was still getting an error until I noticed that my xpath html/body/div[1]/div/div[1]/main/div/section[2]/div/div/div[1]/div/div/div/div/div[1]/div[1]/div[1] was ever so slightly different than yours. I was able to get the price only by copying yours 🙂 but I was not able to retrace my steps 🙁 Is it possible that we can have 2 different xpaths for the same price?
Finally a technique that works consistently without installing some questionable plugin. Thanks!
