Luke skywalker nft would go for a lot more than $1000.
crypto motorbikes is on coinscope and is is a decent and legit game…shoutout to whoever made it.
I think Steam did a fantastic job banning it from their platform. I think if they wanted to enter the blockchain game realm, they would create a separate platform for that but then the games released would most likely have to be screened by Valve themselves. I think this could lead to higher quality games but at that point I feel like developers will take their ideas to the many different blockchain platforms to build it upon like Avalanche, Fantom, or the Binance smart chain.
Call me old school but I just want to spend my $60 or so and have fun playing a game. There is a reason they are called "games". Loot boxes, micro transactions, play to earn, pay to win… I don't give a crap about any of it. It seemed for a while that gaming was going further in the direction of full on art form. Guess it's all just going to turn into mindless commerce.
Yea, forget this BS.
not a single good side. value of an item from a game that is discontinued or just old? zero. more freemium games with tons of timesink and moneysink features? wonderful. using hotdog joke skin from fortnite in call of duty? dumb in every way imaginable.
thank god there are about 3000 retro games in existence. i can imagine their value soaring even higher than thus far.
This will all crash when investors realize that gamers won't buy their shit. The developers of these games are scamming not gamers but investors. Actually, early investors are scamming the investors who think that they will be selling their investments to gamers. The thing to understand is this will never affect gaming or gamers because gamers aren't going to fall for such nonsense. It's just dumb investors that get played by better investors that will lose big here. Ultimately, gamers will all still be on steam downloading $20 indie games, while investors are playing to see who will get stuck holding some worthless NFT, before the game itself goes live and dies instantly because nobody will play it.
Excuse me, your video is very good. I am very interested. If you are interested in business cooperation, you can talk about the specific details in detail.
So it's like the steam marketplace but worse
Enjin
I really hope every NFT game endeaver and every company who supports this downfall of gaming massively fails. I will do my part and block do not buy NFT supported games.
Well here is an Industry veteran warning against it https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UKzup7XDyq8
EA wants it… sure it does. Its such a twisted concept. If it doesnt work, its useless… if it does, it turns gaming into something it should never become. We already had a trial run of this with Diablo 3 1.0 and its real money auction house. And that was an actual game, a briliant game compared to the garbage mobile cash grabs produced specifically to take advantage of this trend. And it sucked. It ruined the game and did not make anyone rich. But I guess the teens frothing over the new trend dont really remember that, so they cant know any better. The shitty lottery and pay-to-win mechanics prey on being overly complicated, with currency for tokens for boxes for points for magic dust for shards etc. etc. Now the gamers embrace a further level of complexity, so that the developers can fuck them over even more… and the best thing is, the gamers will feel like they are being smart. Its a briliant move to shred more money of of children and destroy their chances to lead productive lives, that is for sure.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qf3nU9Tup5Q another NFT game with real money
Play to earn games will make the next round of crypto millionaires
Garentueee it, they will make the best items you can get in a game as part of a blockchain, and not possible to get from the game you just purchased. You’ll have to buy their other games, play them, get the blockchain gear, then transfer (which they’ll charge you for) the gear to the game you do want to play. This has scummy, corporate greed written all over it.
nfts sound scummy enough said
EA, Ubioft, Steam. All things of the past. BlockChain Studios are going to far surpass anything the boomertech game studios ever offered.
how is final fantasy 7 remake and stuff like that going to be able to use it
Will there be a Blockchain Operating System?
If so, do you see it freeing the individual user or locking them down? Or in some respects both?
The key phrase here is: As long as there's demand for it. After the market will reach it's peak it will fall down as fast as it rose up since there's almost no organic demand, the majority of it comes from speculation in investing
Idk, I just don't want to have to pay for something that definitely could have been free or part of a rank up. I just think all of this is stupid and definitely unnecessary
learn to add timestamps to your videos bro
Nope, I won't play any NFT games, no more Ubisoft or EA for me.
1:30 if a company pulls the plug, they can easily pull the NFTs associated with the game.
Pyramid scams? Forget it…. I rather not play that video game then to get sucked in to that garbage
No ty, i mean you lose the point of a game already, im playing a game not investing
Question? If you own the NFT to something, is anything legally stopping EA from just copying that asset to sell it again? No? Really? You don't say? It's almost as though this entire concept is fucking stupid.
I'll sooner quit video games than buy into this noise
I remember when you played games to have fun.
Ponzi🙄
