About the 18 minute mark you say glycogen phosphorylase kinase phosphorylates glycogen synthase. Isn't that done by protein kinase A directly?
A bit confused. I learnt AMPK activation only happened on cardic PFK2 isoform, but not muscle one. Can anyone comment on that?
